The French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission (“CEA”) collects and processes your personal data (“Data”) provided via the contact form in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. For what reason(s) and on what legal basis do we process your Data?

The CEA collects Data relating to your personal information within the framework of the DEFI Lab application. Your Data is collected to: join the DEFI Lab consortium, exchange information on our themes, organize DEFI Lab events, and integrate our training modules.

With whom do we share your Data?

The CEA keeps your Data confidential and only transmits it to partners who are members of the Consortium.

How long do we keep your Data?

The CEA retains your Data for the period necessary for the purposes described above, within the limits of legal, contractual, tax, and social obligations, and for the defense of its legitimate interests.

What are your rights regarding your Data?

You have rights regarding your Data. Within the limits set by the Data Protection Regulations, in particular Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, and after providing proof of your identity, you have the right to (1) request access to your personal data, (2) its rectification, (3) its erasure, or (4) the restriction of processing. If the processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw this consent without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent carried out prior to such withdrawal.
